Key duties & responsibilities:
- Develop Plan and Execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets
- Timely Performance review of field staff
- Monitor and control attrition
- Training and Development of team members
- Maintaining relationship with the stockiest, CFAs, chemist etc
- Ensure profitability to the organization by ensuring good product mix, minimum expiry and sales return
- Competitor analysis
- Monitor new product success in the market.
Essential / Desirable Attributes / Skills Required:
- Should be Graduate: B.Sc / B.pharma
- Minimum 10+ yrs of experience in pharma selling
- Should have good relationship with doctors, stockiest and chemist
- Must have a demonstrated ability to promote and sell goods, services and concepts.
