Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Develop Plan and Execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets    
  • Timely Performance review of  field staff
  • Monitor and control attrition 
  • Training and Development of team members
  • Maintaining relationship with the stockiest, CFAs, chemist  etc
  • Ensure profitability to the organization by ensuring good product mix, minimum expiry and sales return
  • Competitor analysis
  • Monitor new product success in the market.

Essential / Desirable Attributes / Skills Required:

  • Should be Graduate: B.Sc / B.pharma
  • Minimum 10+ yrs of experience in pharma selling
  • Should have good relationship with doctors, stockiest and chemist
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to promote and sell goods, services and concepts.
